Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany on Visit
On 23th November 2016, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in the Republic of Slovenia, H.E. Klaus Riegel, visited the NATO Mountain Warfare Centre of Excellence (MW COE).
The discussion, led by the NATO MW COE Director, Colonel Boštjan Blaznik, was about key achievements, future perspective and development as a “niche” in mountain warfare. Colonel Blaznik emphasised the development of Mountain Warfare standards, doctrine-related development, special training courses, capabilities and capacities development with options for improvement and cooperation within the Alliance.[envira-gallery id=”2015″]
