International Scientific Conference – MW Environment Experiences and Perspectives
We are pleased to announce that our Partner – Military University of Land Forces is organizing annual Scientific Conference in the filed of Mountain Warfare.
Last years Conference held by Polish Military University was very fruitful for our Community of Interest as it managed to gather more than 180 participants, including those from Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland, Scotland, Slovenia, South Korea, Sweden, UK, USA and was common ground for discussion and exchange of latest experiences especially when it comes to use of new technologies and mountain training systems.
We are enthusiastic to actively co-organize this event again and invite you for participation.

AIM AND SUBJECTS:
The aim of the conference is to exchange experiences and analyze contemporary and future settings for conducting operations in the mountainous regions and in winter conditions.
Primarily, the conference will focus on the following issues:
- contemporary challenges for conducting mountain warfare and cold weather operations;
- mobility and survival in the mountainous regions;
- search and rescue activities in the mountainous regions;
- innovative solutions for operations in the mountainous regions – the present and the future;
- mountain medicine.
