NATO MW COE organizes NATO Mountain Warfare Concept Final Conference

On 23 June 2021, the NATO MW COE is organizing the NATO MW Concept Final Conference at the Bled Rose Hotel, Slovenia. Due to the ongoing pandemic situation, the conference will also be organized virtually via VTC for all the participants who will not be able to participate personally in Slovenia. Given the well-established community of interest, the NATO MW COE anticipates approximately 40 international participants from SACT HQ, the Alliance’s and Partner Nations, NATO Command Structure units as well as partner entities to attend the event.

The purpose of the MW Concept Final Conference is to present the NATO Mountain Warfare Concept 0.9 to the Community of Interest. It is an important step of the Concept Development Process, in which NATO MW COE will present the final version of the Concept before the approval phase.
